I had a tremendous experience working with Harv Singh. I had a rental property managed by the same company that I decided to sell, and, as an out of state owner, needed a realtor to manage the entire process for me. I had contacted another realtor, but they were not interested in managing the entire scope of the process. Harv gave me the low down on all aspects of the property, from keeping as a rental vs selling- all from a bias free perspective. Deciding to sell, Harv managed several upgrades that were necessary (painting, carpet, handy-man work), ensuring to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process. When the property came under contract, Harv aggressively managed the process for me, ensuring timeliness of all paperwork and fierce negotiations of buyer requests. I would advise listening to his council on these things as well, as I didn't on one piece of advice he gave me and lost around 5K in the negotiation. He's been doing this for a minute- he knows the game well. Couldn't recommend Harv more!
