A southern Colorado native, born and raised in The Home of Heroes. Rudy grew up watching Pueblo Crusaders football games, going to the Colorado State Fair and attending the annual Pueblo Chile and Frijoles Festival. Rudy began his career as a specialized HUD vendor for local brokerages in the area, and after 10 years of cultivating those relationships, he developed a penchant for working directly with property managers and then, owners.
